Palmer wilkins
A native of Richmond, Virginia, Palmer Wilkins began recording with a four-track in the early 1990’s while playing drums in several local bands. In the mid to late 2000’s, Palmer had the good fortune of working with Chris Keup (Jason Mraz, OAR, Parachute) and Stewart Myers (Agents of Good Roots, Jason Mraz) at White Star Sound for several invaluable years. This provided major-label experience including artists signed to Atlantic Records and the Island Def Jam Music Group. Today, Palmer draws on this background as a tracking and mix engineer. Palmer can bring vintage Neve 80’s series mic pre/eq modules and an assortment of vintage Neumann, Sony and AKG microphones if desired.
